Guest Information

We appreciate guests leaving out door shoes downstairs—thankyou. Breakfast is usually served between 7am and 9am Monday to Friday and 8am to 10am on Saturdays and Sundays.  Please fill in your choices on the menus downstairs the night before and leave them on the breakfast table.Check in time is normally between 5pm and 7pm but we are flexible on times if you let us know in advance.  Please vacate rooms by 10am on day of departure. This is extended to 11am at weekends.Guests may have use of rooms and come and go freely between the hours of 5pm and 10am, but if coming in late please try not to disturb other guests.  Our prices are £60 per double room for 2 or more nights (which is £30 per person ) or £70 for a single night stay.   This includes breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee, assorted hot chocolate and malted drinks, cookies and fresh fruit.  We now also offer free wireless broadband connection.  Please request the access code.

Discount is available for stays of one week or more.  Double rooms may be let out for single occupancy at a reduced rate of £45 per night for 2 or more nights or £50 for a single night stay.

Hairdryers are available in rooms in the top drawer.  An iron and ironing board are kept downstairs in the breakfast room.  Please request if you need to use further laundry facilities.Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden from the comfort of the bench by the pond.The local pub “the Hume” is just 5 minutes walk around the corner.  A menu is on the notice board.  An alternative route may be taken via the church and past the tower along the river which then makes a pleasant circular walk.  Turn right out of our entrance and then left up Church Lane past the church and over the bridge.  Turn left and follow the footpath back into the village.  The first road bridge is directly opposite the pub on your left, or you may continue along the river a little further past the boat moorings to the next footbridge and then turn left and left again back down the High Street.Ruskington has a well known popular fish & chip restaurant approx 10 minutes drive away.Sleaford has several restaurants including Thai, Indian , Chinese and Italian and is 15 minutes drive away as is Boston.

South Kyme golf club is off High Street at the corner past the pub.
